The last time we caught up with the progress at Redstone, back at the end of September, excavation work was almost complete and a tower crane install was looming. Recent photos show Redstone is now closing in on another milestone as construction at the site approaches grade.

The 14 storey purpose built rental tower started construction in late February 2019 and has been going at a steady pace ever since. Construction of the single storey podium will be the next phase, and due to its simplicity, should finish quickly. Following that, the repetitive floor construction of the tower will begin as Redstone rises into the Beltline's forest of towers.

Designed by NORR Architects, the 137 unit project is spearheaded by Vancouver based developer, Amble Ventures. Redstone and will be Amble's second project after 1215, an almost identical looking project, completed in 2016.
