A month since our last update, and progress at The Hub has been moving along swiftly. The 28-storey, 328-unit, residential highrise by Campus Suites and ARK has now risen several storeys above grade, its podium base now a prominent fixture upon the local landscape.
Following its debut back in Sept 2018, construction has been quick, owing in part to the inclusion of just one single level of underground parking. Located at the corner of 16 Ave NW and Crowchild Trail NW, close to the UofC campus, and walking distance to the Banff Trail CTrain station, The Hub is ideally situated for those looking to be close to campus and transit.
Close as well to SAIT (Southern Alberta Institute of Technology), The Hub will place its more than 400 residents within easy access of two major institutions. Near as well to several local services and the North Hill Shopping Centre, The Hub will offer something for everyone.
Set to consist of a large podium base with the tower positioned off to one side, The Hub will combine residential space with a combination of office space and ground floor retail. An effective mix of uses for the area, The Hub will be a fine addition to the neighbourhood.
