Six weeks since we last checked in at the 37-storey One Tower by Strategic Group, and progress has moved head significantly. Now approaching its 2/3 point, the 122-metre, 331,000 sq.-ft. high-rise has taken a sizeable bite out of the downtown skyline.

With its signature, black cladding not far behind, it will not be long before One Tower truly begins to take on its final form. Raised high above street level thanks to an oversized podium base, One Tower will be graced with an airy, welcoming main entrance and lobby.

Rising high above the corner of 1 St SE and 10 Ave SE, just a few blocks south of the downtown core, the 370-unit high-rise will soon be home to upwards of 500 residents. Situated thus equidistant to Beltline and East Village, One Tower will serve to fill the gap that currently exists between each of these vibrant neighbourhoods.

Well-located close to the core, One Tower will be an ideal address for young professionals looking to live in the heart of the city.
