The ever-forward march of urban progress has relegated you to street parking like an animal. When will the madness end...Darn this is going to make it harder for my Alumni sammie pickups... I disapprove!!
I know you're joking, but one will still be able to enter the parking lot from 7 St, and it looks like there's only a net loss of 2 spots (22 -> 20).The ever-forward march of urban progress has relegated you to street parking like an animal. When will the madness end...
Plus not having the parking ramp from 17th nets 2 new curbside public parking spotsI know you're joking, but one will still be able to enter the parking lot from 7 St, and it looks like there's only a net loss of 2 spots (22 -> 20).
I think you mean 2 Skip drivers “parked” half in the road.Plus not having the parking ramp from 17th nets 2 new curbside public parking spots![]()
Looks very typical of a residential tower outside of the core. Good location for it.DP submitted for corner of MacLeod & Heritage (SE corner this time). First phase will be replacing a portion of existing strip mall with a 26 storey tower. No details as of yet on future phases but I believe it will be more towers of similar size & height. Should be showing up in DMAP in the next few days...

Awesome to hear! With Victoria Park/Stampede Station's renovation complete along with the BMO Centre, and with Scotia Place underway, this area is ripe for new development.Have heard on very good authority that something is definitely in the works for the Keynote 4 site. 2 towers, residential. That is all the details for now.
That is the site of Truman's rumoured Stampede Station project. Hopefully we won't have to wait long to see that one.Awesome to hear! With Victoria Park/Stampede Station's renovation complete along with the BMO Centre, and with Scotia Place underway, this area is ripe for new development.
Also, I hope to see something soon in that parking lot off of Macleod and between 14 and 15 Avenues. Sick of seeing junkies there.

As good, bad, plain or innovative this development could be, the most important factor is how responsive the MacLeod Trail and Heritage intersection is to 100x the pedestrian traffic to the LRT.DP submitted for corner of MacLeod & Heritage (SE corner this time).
