I'm not aware of any development plans for this site, and I don't see why they'd be doing anything related to Green Line until things get sorted with the Province, but I am wondering if a developer is planning something. Between the soil sampling and surveyors being out, it's a possibility...

Damn 5 towers on one block? And yet still nothing really happening on those empty sites just west of here down centre street.

I'm surprised One Properties hasn't started the third BLVD tower yet. At this point, I'd say they never really planned to do so.

Not sure if we've seen this one before, but a small contribution to completing 17th Avenue SW's retail street wall. Location is SE corner of 17th and 7th Street SW where the former BMO was. Essentially it's replacing a parking lot ramp with a small retail building.

Not much in the DP, but importantly filling in the gap between the next building over (Alumni Sandwiches).
