Interesting to see this tier of Vancouver developers enter the Calgary market. It is mostly the Fraser Valley folks which makes a lot of sense.Another new one...DP in for a 126 unit project along south side of 17th. Address is 121 17 AV SE. Good use of a mid-block site IMO with a decent amount of ground level retail proposed.
