Interesting to see this tier of Vancouver developers enter the Calgary market. It is mostly the Fraser Valley folks which makes a lot of sense.

Awesome, I've been looking forward to seeing what's gonna go here. I hope it moves relatively quickly. The city needs to find a way to speed up the process of DP approvals, especially given the housing crisis.
Even though population growth is supposedly gonna start slowing, we'll still be one of the few cities growing at a healthy clip for the foreseeable future.

So the DP for redevelopment/expansion of the Centennial Planetarium site has been submitted. I'll post some renders when I get a few minutes.
I gave your post the 'love it' icon in hopes it similar to the concept renderings.

Some random Bridgelnad shots. Not too many bigger projects on the go here right now but looks like a new crop of midrises could be starting soon based on all of the proposals. Didn’t capture the main streets but lots of cool local shops setting up there.

What's going on with the Petro, is it actually permanently closed or just adding a A&W?

The City won the blanket rezoning court challenge. It's funny how the Communities First Councillor (Chabot) says they'll bring forward a motion to repeal the blanket rezoning in favour of targeting density in key areas around things like transit and yet he and the other Communities First councillors all voted against the Glenmore Landing project. So really, they're just full of it and are hoping nobody notices that their voting record shows them to be nothing but NIMBYs.
