Probably narrow the floor plates over what has already been completed for the foundation. I wonder if they will go higher than 5 floors.

This was listed for sale by Great Gulf previously. Did they switch brokers, hence the "new" listing? Or, is it not new, just "featured"?

Doesn't Great Gulf also own the parkling lot north of that parcel or have they sold that off at some point as well?
