One of the rare occasions the actual product outclasses the rendering. Once again the fritted balcony railings and now the terra cotta coloured tiles are a nice touch to a very simple design.

Surprised at how long it is taking them to finish this. Very slow progress in the last few months. At this rate looks like the Hat across the street will be open first even though it started much later.

It's the temporary plywood in place of windows. With the rental supply so dire, maybe they can give a discount it folks are willing to rent with some plywood window panes...

Is it me or does the finished product not look anything like the renderings? Don't get me wrong, I think that's a good thing as the renders were sort of "meh" and I quite like the (almost) finished product, but it still looks really different to what I expected...

Happy how this one turned out. The tiles on the podium definitely add some warmth in the sun too!
