i wonder what the story is with this building, its been pretty much empty for years, sitting on what is probably one of the most valuable lots in the city.

I don't know, but it would be nice to see it torn down and redeveloped by someone like Certus.

The tree canopy in this city is quite impressive when you see how few trees used to grow here. One of the interesting places here to see that is Reader Rock Garden, a very lush garden with pictures of the grass hill that stood there before.

I've never seen this one before. An old pic of some brothels along Nose Creek in 1911. The location is just behind where Telus Spark currently is.

What the hell is going on with that building, its pretty much completely empty, and on one of the busiest, most visible streets in the city. Just sell it and let someone develop it already
