I don't have many details but I saw some Future Development signs set up at Crowfoot Crossing, kind of close to the old Montanas restaurant.
Probably nothing major, was just curious if anyone knows what that is for?
 
I took a picture of this site over year ago, and it hardly looks different. There was some construction noise and it looked like a couple construction guys on site so there is some activity, albeit, very little.

17th ave is becoming a good little stretch with quite a few 3-4 story condos now. Biking down that street I'm quite happy with the street presence they have. With mainly single family homes / duplexes across the street they are not too imposing and have good setbacks. Plus they create a nice buffer from 16th ave. And even more shocking as some people believe the streets aren't overflowing with cars
