Considering making it down to city hall for an inperson statement. Do you know how long we'd have to speak? Would I have to sign up by the end of the day today?Don't forget to write a letter or something to the council, hearing is on Monday.

You get 5 minutes, but you could only take 1 second if you want. If you sign up now it will probably be next week! You can sign up at any point until the last speakers are finished. I wouldn't be surprised if they're facing some financial strain with the new limits on foreign students. That made up a huge percentage of their student bodyI'm still surprised Bow Valley College hasn't expanded since that new building was completed over a decade ago. I thought by now they would have constructed another new building. This might be a good spot for an addition to their campus.
They never got close to capacity in their expansion, even with many international student. The expansion was overbuilt to their needs.I'm still surprised Bow Valley College hasn't expanded since that new building was completed over a decade ago. I know someone whose job was affected by cuts to programming after this happened. BVC are not expanding any time soon, in fact the opposite.I wouldn't be surprised if they're facing some financial strain with the new limits on foreign students. That made up a huge percentage of their student body
