Thanks for the updates O-tac. It feels like Seton's promised 'urban core' is starting to come together.
It is starting to feel more urban. Even without perfect materials the form feels proper and the intersection is shaping up nicely. I’m actually happy that they scrapped the food hall for the proposed mixed use tower to finish off that intersection. I can’t think of too many places in the city with this kind of solid 4 corner coverage in mid and low rises.

I’m also curious to see the finished exterior of the 5 story Avalon block. I like the triangular windows.

Also really hope that Community Natural Foods does well as it is a fantastic urban mini market. I like it more than their other locations.
