This is in Sunalta on 11th Ave. It looks new but don’t remember seeing this here on SRC.
Looks like it was built in 2018.

My husband's work has had to change offices from 640 5th ave in the core as it is being converted into residential. I can't find any renderings online and wondered if anyone had any more information on this project? They were the last tenant in the building and work has already started on the project.

This was mentioned in the conversion or urban thread as a conversion, but I haven't seen anything else on it. They must be going ahead without a subsidy. Right across the alley from Plaza, interesting.

That was the ERCB’s head office building for years until it was rolled into the Alberta Energy Regulator.
