I remember seeing something about condos going in this spot a year or so ago but can’t remember the name or design. The parcel south of Glenmore and west of the traffic circle behind Riverbend is being cleared and there’s lots of equipment on site.
Is it Caravan Apartments at the SE corner of the 24 St/Ogden Road traffic circle?
They might just be clearing out the trailer park. The land use change for the development is in limbo: LOC2025-0022

This is for the City REDS Riverbend TOD on the opposite side of 24th Street:
No building construction yet but they're putting in the utilities and roads a la Midfield Heights

Looking forward to the new terrain at Louise, and I'm loving how this will keep spreading the crowds out around the mountain too.
Sunshine are supposed to be doing expansion plans as well, but they were fighting Parks Canada so I don't think they got very far.

The overall capital program at Louise has been spot on, big improvements in terrain and lift access,
Sunshine are in the process of developing a second Goats Eye lift that goes lower and will be able to run more often, and a new lodge at the top of Wolverine/Jackrabbit. No new terrain agreed with Parks unfortunately.

Does anyone know if the demolition in 1875's pic is tied into the proposal on the west side of the parcel? It's not part of the the proposal's DP, but wondering if they are tearing the building down for future use as a lay down yard or ingress/egress point?
The DP was approved, and there is isn't any opposition, so maybe they are gearing up?

wonder even if its just expanding parking capacity on that side ahead of losing half the block to development in the future
