I heard BMP burned a lot of bridges and don't really do work in Calgary anymore. I've also heard some pretty funny acronyms for their name. Butcher My Project and Build More Problems were my favourites haha.

It's been fenced off for a while. A couple of years I think. Not sure what's going on with it.

I guess the question is whether they are doing a section of the building (the section beside 15th ave) or the whole thing, highrise and all. If they're doing all of it, I pray it's not going to sit as an empty gravel lot for 20 years.
It's concerning, they're doing the demo and there's nothing on DMAP. The original DP would have to be renewed after 3 years I believe.
