Ikr, i was poking around about a week ago and noticed Park Point existed on the map ... thought that was odd, and scrolled up in excitement to find all the other new buildings finally there too!
Actually pretty neat seeing the skyline from above change that dramatically ... shows how far we've gone in the last ~2 years.

old house is being demo'd on 14 Avenue, between 4th Street and 5th street SW. I think it's for that condo project someone mentioned.

The western half of West Eau Claire Park is now fenced off, so the redevelopment of that portion is likely incipient. Looks like they’re nearly done the eastern side.

While I am not familiar with Willy's burgers (how long ago was that?), this is the NE corner of Macleod and 39th Ave.
