Theoretically if it actually is one, I would assume it would be a new Esso/7-11 combo to replace both of those gas stations on the west side of the intersection. Those are pretty dated and must be due to either be closed permanently, or refurbished I imagine. If that starts up the timeline to possibly have those sites develop into a mid rise in the future, I'm with it.Geez I hope not.
Slap an "!ndigo" on the front of this, and it looks like any other suburban big box store. I don't know why I was expecting somethign else.
Last week or 2 for removal, saw crews there working on it. Big for sale sign there now so not sure about that development.Not sure when the cabin was removed, but this is/was the approved DP for that site I think:

The lot sold in 2017 for $3.75 million, minus the 10 foot road widening setback.Using the streetview time machine, it looks like the site has been for sale since at least 2015 (or, someone bought it and is flipping it?):
