Damn, you beat me to it! I thought it might be Vogue and did a streetview to confirm. Still can't figure the bottom one. I streetviewed Eau Claire Tower and it's not that one.

The top one can't be Vogue because Vogue is right across from the parkade of the Concorde towers. I think it's 5 West condos.

Yeah, no idea what #4 is. Eau Claire tower?

Ooo! I didn't even notice that curvy led lighting bit until I looked a second time! Will be interesting to see how it holds up!

It seems like LED lioghting hasn't been holding up well, hopefully this does better, also I'm wondering if that wouldn't be a distraction for drivers. Overall though, it looks very cool, and could change the whole feel of that underpass.

I can't help but wonder if those LED messages scrolling along will be a distraction for drivers driving under the underpass. Either way it doesn't look pretty cool.

On the topic of Kensington I don't think this has been posted yet .. Preliminary renders of a new condo development (Kensington Station) from Stonebriar Crafted Homes (designed by McKinley Burkart) on Gladstone Road behind RBC to the west on the triangular parcel.
