That will be very nice for the people working in Penn West Plaza! And for pedestrians, just covering up that ugly parkade ramp.The long planned private +15 that will connect Gulf Canada to Penn West Plaza looks to be finally going ahead:

I hope we can eventually get to the Telus Convention Center by +15. I think our hope for that may be a future development at the Bow Tower south lot.
