3rd street is likely the most underdeveloped pedestrian street in the city. They spend a ton of money with the sculptures and nice paving, but pretty much nothing fronts onto it, think there are 2 restaurants?

That paving isn't nice anymore. A lot of it is in rough shape with missing blocks, giant cracks, rough asphalt patch jobs....needs a redo.

you love to see it. i posted up on the one night stan's patio for a bit yesterday and it was great to see so many people out and about on a sunday in March during a pandemic. I have a feeling this summer is going to be one for the books
