Imperia, Gallery First & Tenth, Lincoln, La Caille and Scotia Place will all be getting cranes this year for sure. Scotia will probably have several. There is a decent chance of cranes being up for Arts Commons, Beltline Block and Cantiro as well by the time the year is up. That's only counting the big projects. Lots of smaller developments might need cranes, and maybe some of the residential conversions as well.
So yes, 45 by year end is very realistic, and I would argue, probable.
MNP centre will require a crane as well, possibly two. Scotia FirePlace will likely have 4. So yeah, I mean, shit, there's an outside chance we end up with 50 this year.
