There's this thread. It's used as a way of keeping track of multi-family developments in the city (excluding greenfield builds) and is updated on a quarterly basis.

Just saw that now this morning and came to say this as well. Not sure if harmony or whatever it is is getting a crane but they have a very large mobile crane on site today.

The crane counts back at 20, but I think we'll see it start to drop, as so much of the residential multi-family apartment type builds are now 6 storey wood frame, and many of those don't have cranes.
