It’s a smaller than normal crane but it’s has an operator like a normal crane. It’s not the roller crane they use to have

I agree it should be included. Base is fastened to the ground.

A crane in the foothills industrial area has come down this morning. I'm not sure which project this is. Apologies for the 7x zoom cell phone photos. The view is from First Tower looking SE.
