I'll make some threads for some of these smaller projects, so we have a quick easy way to track down historical discussion and photos etc..

This is a decent small sized development, and offers good density. We all love towers, but in Sunalta, this fits in very well.

What are the details here? How many units per building?
It's 12 units per building. The DP was recently approved.

A bunch of houses were demolished in Sunalta right beside 12ave, didn't catch the cross street as I was mostly watching the road lol. I cycle by this every day and don't notice, but did today since I was driving. Anyone know what project?

Few things along 12th, maybe the one near 16th Street?
This is the one near 16th Street. Nothing to download but I'll assume it is one of those multi-building townhomes with some central circulation.

I'm guessing the one between 16-17th is the one, looked like 4 houses in a row.

Those were some cool old homes, but appeared to be in rough shape. Its too bad these places dont get maintained by the owners

Hopefully some of those houses in Sunalta get protected as that area is ripe for redevelopment. There are a few pockets of old houses left in the Beltline, but they are few and far between.

Awesome, thought there was a thread for this, but didn't have time to search! The houses were more attractive, but this is 48 dwellings where there were 4, so a win.
