Looks pretty good. One thing for sure is the tower sure sticks out when looking at it from the northwest area around Hillhurst, and SAIT.

Agreed, so far this is different. I think overall, it's turning out fine. That hybrid wall system is going to give a bit of an office tower look, but more detailed than the typical office tower and It'll look nice in the skyline.

I think this will look good when it's finished. I'm not a fan of the whole pixelized tetris look, but it's toned down enough that it's going to look good. I also like how the glass takes on different tones under different lighting. Warmer earth tone looking in the evening, as seen in surreal's earlier pics and more blue looking during a sunny day.

Agreed. It looks alright. It's a little unkempt right now with the spandrel panels. That may improved once it is lived in.
