Unpopular opinion, but I prefer Lausanne Montreux (second version) to this. IMO the street level is isn’t great for either design, but at least, with L & M, there is some major density.

It’s hard to tell with the tarp covering the building, but it almost seems like nothing’s happening with this site. I hope there’s a lot of work happening on the interior.

The building design is nothing special but the population burst is nice. Also in general the intersection at 10th Ave will be 100 times better.
