This one turned out really nice

I like it. It's almost the same as the renderings with a few minor differences. Most notable is the downgrade of the 7th and 8th floor windows, but other than that it checks the boxes. It does what Catalyst does, but is a nicer building.

I'd be quite happy seeing more of this built.

The designer in me really wants to go and unify all the random black/grey blocks into one solid color. The building already has enough variation within the shapes and windows and lines, there's no need to overcomplicate an already busy design. Ugh, this needless patterning trend really needs to die already.
