The glass on the lower floors of the south/back tower has changed color from brown to silver which better matches the light blue spandrel.

Nice surprise although it was so bad that they kinda hard to change the glass. The towers have a great form that compliment one another and every unit has an unobstructed view.. That glass didn't work with the large amount of spandrel glass. In a perfect world they would have replaced the mint spandrel with the copper colour.

I toured this site and I’ve never seen a multifamily development with more parking infrastructure and car orientation. It’s crazy. Check out the suburban power centre parking lot attached it sucks big time. All of the commercial spaces on the upper parking lot are leased and none of the street fronting ones are leased and are treated like loss leaders for density. Car oriented multi family at its worst
