This one is on my way to work. They must being doing a ton inside now. The alley is full of trades vehicles everyday I pass it. Can’t see much as the whole building is now tarped.

It changed to rental after the new developer took over. Yeah, probably not the greatest location if you’re buying, but a good location for rental.
