The fact that this is so close to that little half block node of shops is great for city building
This type of development and it's location are so important - a little pocket of walkable retail on a suburban car sewer that hasn't lost all it's land use productivity potential through arterial/freeway-ification.

Start training up suburban Calgarians (and the transportation department) to this concept that is totally normal in big cities everywhere (including the more urban parts of ours): it's okay to pull over on an main street, park on the street, and access shops.

Do we have a list of all of Truman’s projects? They seem to have one going in every Sub urban development. Plus all the stuff sprinkled downtown and surroundings
Here's the ones I can think of that are u/c or just finishing.

Inner city:
Village Block (w/Liberty housing)
Frontier
Broward
Gallery on 10th
Imperia
Lincoln
Academy
1901 College

West district:
Plaza
Adelaide
Oak and Olive

Other suburban:
Highgate
Violette
The Willows
Clover

There's also the proposed projects:
Stampede Station
Stampede Hotel
The Rise
Block 28
Marc and Mada
Gresham Block

I'm probably missing some other ones, but even that is quite a list. I hope Truman doesn't turn into RNDSQR 2.0.
