It's fenced off, was used as parking for a long time. No action though.

Crews on site today ripping out the last of the former parking lot, wonder if this means excavation is imminent.
That'd be awesome.

Excited for this one, curious if the is the start of the commercialization of this stretch of Parkdale Blvd. Parkdale Cr is a cool little spot, but this should help build on that!
The City sent a mailout on the South Shaganappi Community Plan last week, and it didn't really have much useful info. The area north of Bowness Rd, between Shaganappi and 37st should see the focus of it I imagine, very under utilized area currently.
