A nice Tuesday morning surprise...DP has been submitted for this one. Overall pretty similar to the render posted by UrbanWarrior, but a couple floors taller. Looks like FS is indeed going to develop the entire block, eventually.

Architect is Giannone Petricone Associates out of Toronto.

I'm a fan, but more to the point, when it comes to building out EV, I'm not picky - beggars can't be choosers.
