No DPs have been submitted yet, it’s still the sale centre for University District. It’ll probably be the last lot to get developed.

I would be choked at a building like this built on a main street like university Avenue but with the retail CRUs it gets a pass. Not a passing grade, but a pass.

This is not getting built on University Avenue.
The CRUs will be fronting Children's Way, an unexpected but welcome extension of the current retail zone.
