Hi Group,
Those Piles in the Sidewalk, Not Sure but it Looks Like to Me that its something to do with Keeping the Front of the Bldg Stable etc.. If there is Someone MORE Knowledgeable in Construction, they will know for better detail. Just My Theory,

Hi Group,
That Site is starting to Look a bit Messy after being Empty for so long! Just wondering where the parking entrence will B. I should know based on the 1st Tower but don't remember off hand. At Least this Tower will help make 1st Street more Vibrant in a few Years time. As I
see it, that Old House across the street is on Borrowed Time. Anyone know yet if the lot is being Developed Yet?

There's some sort of concrete already underground, was this from another building in the past or part of the parkade for Union Square?
