Yeah, having charcoal instead of the blue/purple would make such a difference. I will say that the panels are more dark blue than purple. My cellphone camera locked onto a purple tone for some reason, but it's really more of a dark blue and is less noticeable ion real life.

I know not everyone likes the 6 storey wood frame projects, but they have been a game changer for boosting density. I expect we will see a lot more projects like this.
