It seems like every new building these days has fire alarm issues, it appears to be a top complaint in all the new rentals as well. I wonder why that is, are the new fire alarms just too sensitive these days, causing them to go off any time someone creates a bit to much smoke, or are there actual wiring or failure issues with the fire alarms?

The fire department should be charging for false alarms. 10 visits should cost management 30 to $40,000.
