Overall though, still a decent looking project.

Still looks decent. Never expected the window systems to match the rendering. They didn’t look based in reality in the rendering, but they’ve put themselves into an over promise, under deliver situation. Had the rendering reflected the correct reality we still would have had a high opinion of this building I’d imagine.
I agree, overall it's still a good looking building. You know architecture in Kensington area has come a ways since the days of St John's on 10th, when people are debating the Theodore's design.

Haven't decided how I feel about this one yet. I think it's going to depend on how the corner of the building turns out. Until then, I'm lukewarm on the building.

The removal of the center mullion seems like a decision was made after seeing the first one installed, particularly with how long it took that section to install the next floors vs the rest of the building.
