I believe that's Conform doing the formwork, I've worked for them in my Uni days. They push fast. I guess that's one benefit of non-union companies.

And it'll continued to roll. Same for the other inner city neighborhoods circling downtown. With wood frame now allowed to go as high as 6 floors. I expect we'll see loads of developments similar to Victoria on 5th sprouting up everywhere.
