A neat commercial building, kind of the same scale as The Farm in Marda Loop, has been proposed in Inglewood. Called The Shed, it is at the corner of 12th Street and 10th Ave SE. DP drawings have been submitted:

Interesting 33 Acres is shown on the rendering. They are a brewery from Vancouver, but already have a taproom in Calgary at the District.

I was curious what was being knocked down on this lot. It looks like it's one of those smaller <800 sqft bungalows.

Great to see. Will be another more obvious example for the next urban economics rant on agglomeration economies in the local retail!

"There's two popular brewery clusters a kilometre apart. What if - hear me out, because this sounds crazy at first - we put another one in the middle?" - a bold thinking developer.

Did not take a photo, but it looks like the existing buildings are fenced and the windows/doors boarded up.
