Drove past earlier this week and it looked really good in person. Even though it’s not even finished construction it feels like it’s been there forever cause it fits so perfectly.

Yeah it's a good fit. And the plaza right across Southland with No Frills, Amaranth, Dollarama plus many other shops will be really convenient for the tenants who end up living there. I'm curious if they have any commercial/retail tenants yet for the main floor spaces.

It just isn't well located for ground floor retail. I really hope I'm wrong, but Elbow and Southland are car sewers, especially here. This is the most urban thing around in every direction.

Didn't get a photo but noticed yesterday when driving that the signage is up on this building, albeit close to the top of the building and it seemed larger. Was an interesting sight as it's clearly visible from Southland as you cross Macleod.
