Interesting that this is so small. Originally I wonder what was planned for the lot east of here must've been more than a parking lot.

Stumbled upon this instagram post from a company that helped with the interior/walls. The conversion is near completion according to the post.

They didn't alter the brick facade by covering it with aluminium composite/ spandrel glass or drilling holes through it for venting. That already puts it in the upper echelon of office conversions. I'm not totally sold on the new glazing. The mullions and spandrel colours are right. It's not a tall opening. They could of gone with full height panels that resemble the original office design with the added bonus of not having a mullion at sitting eye level.

Woof $1233 for a studio under 375sqft. that feels high but maybe that's the going rate.
