It's great the inner city neighborhoods continue to be a desired place to live, and for most younger people the desired place to live.

I would hate to be the people in Pixel who have the terraced units on the second floor. Adios sunlight

Just a thought. A possible way to insure people keep their views or at least partial view and sunlight would be for the developer to buy the neighbouring house or two houses at the development stage and hand it over to the condo board to rent out after the build is finished.
I know condo boards aren’t interested in owning and managing extra property but it does at least guarantee control over the sunlight and views. It could also help keep the up the value if units in the building.
It might not be a half bad investment either.
