The website just got an overhaul and now has info on floor plans, amenities, etc. I couldn't find any direct info on prices though.
I reached out since I am looking for a new place this summer.

Studios $1640; 1 Bed $1737-$1960. Not sure if that's affordable, or if it's just more than I am willing to pay :)

That does not include parking - $300 underground and $175 for surface.

I haven't followed the rental market much lately, but those prices seem high IMO. One of my nieces moved into a place in Sunnyside that's a two bedroom place with a balcony for $1600/month. It's an older 3 floor walkup, but still.

That's a lot for a unit with no balcony!
For a brand-new place that's high but not outrageously so, particularly for a suite that includes in-suite laundry and air conditioning. It's been a while since I rented, but I recall both being rare features in older buildings and they always command a premium.

My preference was always older but worse quality apartments closer to the action in the Beltline. Those seem to be going for cheaper again - I guess the rental price spike has moderated a bit recently?
