I do see a very discreet pale green in the renders, but this is just too much. That colour mixed with the dark blue colour seen on the windows in Surreal's 2nd pic ... that just doesn't work well.

Was strolling through EV today...man the excessive spandrel and dark glass really does not bode well thus far.
I've been wondering how this was going to look when more cladding was up, and wasn't hopeful, so not too surprised.

What a difference extra spandrel makes! Underwood Tower is very similar to this one in massing and the spandrel colors are actually very similar, but it has less spandrel and looks so much better.

More junk from Cidex...very disappointing. They have an opportunity to really massacre the EV, as they have Block K under contract too now

The nicest project from Cidex is still the Westgate towers. I wish we had more condo towers like that in terms of facade treatment.
