I find it hilarious that this couple is seen walking out of the abandoned and demolition dry cleaners. Sounds like something my wife makes me do all the time. We are always walking into construction and demolition sites. That’s why I know I love her.

Bit of a cringe name IMO, granted the building does look like they threw two things together. Too clever by half. Naming it M19 would've been fine by me.

Speaking of throwing things together, what is with the balconies that look like an afterthought? Random in placement and widths, I sort of see what they're trying to do in the consistent vertical lines but random horizontal lines, pretty poorly executed though.

Unless we’re stretching the boundaries of Marda Loop, the website definitely does not have the right address on the map….or maybe this gryphon has already taken flight!

The address is correct, but their map thing is broken. 3518 19 St SW is 100% the heart of Marda Loop.

I once had a real estate agent try to tell me that a house west of Richmond Road and 37th street was "in Marda Loop", so anything's possible.

I just can’t get on board with this one. It’s too busy, and I just know the materials are going to be bad. Maybe I’ll be pleasantly surprised, but I doubt it.
