Yeah it’s too bad Sunterra isn’t doing too hot these days, cause the whole 5 black radius is gonna basically double in population by 2030. If they go under, another grocer will step in no doubt.
In fairness, there is already an H-Mart at 1st st and 13th Ave, only a single block further south from the Sunterra which could serve as the neighborhood grocer as they do offer the basics, such as vegetables and meats, outside of their more Asian focused (mostly import with some home grown) selection of groceries. Regardless, if the Sunterra could hold out for just another half-decade there's going to be a large demand for grocery stores that they can help fill.
