Given how long it took the Windsor, you might be right. I have seen other sites where things move at snails pace, and then it really gets going.

I woke up this morning to the sounds of piles being driven or jackhammers so I think it's well underway....only took 3 years!

BMP is the general contractor for this. Neither Arlington St or BMP have a particularly good reputation with sub-contractors and trades. We'll see how long this relationship lasts.

BMP itself likely won't last long from what I've heard, too many of their projects are going to court now.

From what I've heard BMP's issues were that they over extended themselves and had too many jobs on the go, and they lost some of the jobs, but are in better shape now that they don't have so much on their plate. I hope that's the case.

Quality and completeness, a few architects are calling BMP "Butcher My Project" now apparently. Hope they get it together, going to be tough times for all but the best run businesses moving forward.
