I'm pretty sure it is. My office is right across from it and it looks like they are putting up aluminum exterior frames (maybe light steel) on the top floor and I watched them disassemble the concrete floor forms yesterday.

In the renderings the random white panels are so illuminated I thought that they were actual windows. But I guess it will be random white squares, which makes sense since they built right to the property line and will get closed in once the lot to the East gets developed. A real bummer, since I am so over the random coloured cladding trend these days.
