They still have a lot of interior work left to do. This project has taken forever to complete. Pre-sales started in late 2013 with the sales centre opening in spring of 2014.

The blue glass on all those buildings is so easy on the eyes. To me it looks very modern, mind you I don't quite have the eye that most of you do for what is to be expected of a modern cosmopolitan city skyline.

The water feature looks decent. I can see many people using that viewpoint to take pics once all the construction is done and everything is settled in.

I'm glad they built the little water section. I was half expecting them not to since they decided to downgrade to only one tower. Probably one of my favorite landscaping projects as of recently.

They were using a mobile crane this evening to lift trees up onto the terraced balconies. Took this picture about 6:00 this evening. I know it is not zoomed in very well, but those yellow things are big soil bags with a sapling in each of them.

I saw this building at night and it looks great with people moved in and the units lit up. It compliments the Peace Bridge well.

Have people started moving in? I didn't think it was close to finished yet, given all of the construction fencing that was still around last week when I walked past.

They are probably done the suites and are putting the finishing touches on the common areas. I haven't been by in a while, so pure speculation on my part...

It looked like furniture and people in some of the suites, but I suppose it could be equipment and materials? I'll take a better look next time I go by.

Seems odd that they have had move ins when almost none of the balcony railings are up.

I can confirm that people have not moved in yet. They are doing work on units during the evenings, which probably makes it looks like people living there. I have heard early March mentioned as the target occupancy date.

Yes. Completion is way behind on this. I have heard 3 different dates over the last 12-18 months. I am sure home buyers who purchased back in 2013-14 are getting quite perturbed.
Concord fired their construction manager and a couple of site supers back in November.
