This appears to use structural silicone butt joints, likely a bit more expensive but not much. I believe West Village Towers were using something similar when I last saw the drawings a few years back, there has been value engineering since then, so I'm not sure what the final product will be.Is thin mullion like this typically across the board more expensive? It looks really sharp and wondering why I haven't seen this too often on residential projects?
If I was a Las Vegas odds maker, I would put the odds at 50 to 1. It will be built some time but I am positive it won’t be billed anytime soon.Will Concord two be getting built soon?
